These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fastrak AI regarding your use of our engineering talent platform, whether you are a startup seeking to hire vetted AI engineers or an individual engineer applying to join our network. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of our services.

2. Intellectual Property and Service Usage

Fastrak AI provides a proprietary platform designed to streamline the hiring of premium AI engineering talent. All content, including our vetting methodology, visual funnel data, GitHub grid visualizations, and editorial layouts, is the exclusive property of Fastrak AI and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the site for the purposes of talent acquisition or employment application.

• You may not attempt to circumvent our vetting process or engage in any activity that seeks to bypass Fastrak AI's placement fees by contacting vetted talent directly outside of the platform's established protocols.
• You are prohibited from using any automated systems, including 'robots' or 'scrapers,' to extract data from our open roles, engineer profiles, or proprietary ROI calculators for commercial purposes.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Fastrak AI design system, typographic hero elements, or product-led layouts for the purpose of creating a competing talent platform.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Fastrak AI services are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we employ a rigorous 99% elimination vetting process to ensure high-quality matches, we do not warrant that the performance of any engineer hired will meet specific project outcomes or that the platform will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastrak AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our talent network or reliance on our vetting standards.

4. Governing Law, Modifications, and Contact

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fastrak AI is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to the site shall be instituted in the state or federal courts located within that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time to reflect changes in our vetting methodology or global compliance requirements.
